Workplace:
Office work Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm.
We are looking for a person who demonstrates accuracy and reliability in their work, with general IT knowledge.
The ideal candidate is someone who will take care of our product base and provide IT support to company employees.
We value the ability to solve problems independently and attention to detail, which is key to maintaining the high quality of our services.
What you will be doing as IT Clerk - Product Base Supervisor
- Direct and remote technical assistance to employees for computer hardware and application problems.
- Preparation of new workstations - installation and configuration of software, access accounts, etc.
- Troubleshooting user problems with computers and networks,
- Ongoing support for internal users.
- Taking care of the proper operation of the computer network, servers, computers and peripherals.
- Actively participate in the development and implementation of new IT solutions.
- General IT support in the company.
- Create new product files in the system.
- Actively participate in the process of completing and creating product databases, including providing photographs, creating descriptions and defining parameters.
- Work effectively with the purchasing and sales department to expand the product range and improve the offerings.
We expect:
- Ability to operate MS Office programs.
- Possess general IT knowledge.
- Technologies welcome - Python, HTML, CSS and JavaScript.
- Knowledge of modern front-end technologies is welcome.
- Accuracy and attention to detail.
- Communication skills and good work organization.
- Ability to work in a team.
